Testors sells wimbeldon white for models. Comes in spray cans. I've used it for a Herbie project and a Shelby mustang.

It's off white. It's not a perfect match for pearl white, but it's close. Some tricks I've learned with model spray paints, is to shake them extremely well and let them sit (not completely submerged)...
